Lead Forest Guide

As a homeschooling mama of six, Mrs. B has spent the last decade nurturing a love of learning through curiosity, exploration, and the great outdoors. With years of experience in childcare, teaching middle school biology, and currently teaching at a local forest school, she has witnessed firsthand the incredible ways children learn when given the freedom to explore the world around them.

An avid hiker, sit spot enthusiast, and friend to just about every animal she meets, Mrs. B finds joy in the beauty and wonder of God's creation. She especially loves watching children dive deeply into their interests and seeing teens blossom in confidence as they discover who God created them to be.

Her heart for Swamp & Soul is rooted in the belief that meaningful learning doesn't always need to be directed by an adult. She longs for children to see God's beauty, truth, and goodness woven throughout His creation, to hunger for His Word, and to experience His love in the world around them.

Mrs. B believes we were created for so much more than simply existing. The Lord has filled this earth with beauty, wonder, and endless opportunities for joyful discovery. Her greatest hope is that every child leaves Swamp & Soul with a deeper love for their Creator, and stories from their very own adventures that they simply cannot wait to share.

Farm & Forest Guide

Born and raised right here in Lee County, Florida, I have always had a heart for serving my community. As a Florida State Certified Paramedic with over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping others during some of their most difficult moments. I also hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Now, as I step into a new chapter of life, I am excited to continue serving my community in a different way—one filled with opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. I look forward to sharing my love for the outdoors, teaching valuable life skills, and helping children discover the beauty of God's creation through hands-on experiences and adventure.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me fishing, hunting, or enjoying the great outdoors with my beautiful wife, Mrs. Brittany, and our six children. As a husband and father, I believe some of life's greatest lessons are learned outside, where faith, family, hard work, and adventure come together.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of Swamp & Soul Farm & Forest Program and look forward to helping create a place where children can explore, grow, build confidence, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
