Payment Policies

Private Pay

A $100 deposit is due at registration, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the session begins.

Step Up for Students

Registration is not complete until the full tuition amount is reserved in EMA within 48 hours of registering.

The Night Owls & Tiny Tribe Social

These sessions have limited spots. Please complete payment within 48 hours of registering so we can be sure to allow as many families as possible to attend.

Program Tuition

Drop-Off Forest Program & Teen Forest Program

$390 per 6-week session

  • Application Fee: $35 once a year, non-refundable

Weekly Summer Camps

$375 new campers  |  $325 Swamp & Soul alumni

  • Application Fee: $35 once a year, non-refundable

Spring Break Camp (4 days — closed Good Friday)

$300 new students ($75/day)  |  $260 Swamp & Soul alumni ($65/day)

  • Application Fee: $35 once per year, non-refundable

The Night Owls

$40 per session

  • Open only to Forest Program alumni

Tiny Tribe Social

$25 per family

If the Tiny Tribe Social is not financially accessible for your family right now, please reach out to us as we have some scholarships available. We never want cost to be the reason a young family misses out on connection and community. These early years were never meant to be navigated alone, and we don’t want any family simply surviving them without support.
